I'm really liking these setlists. Just a couple of nitpicks.

I wouldn't really consider Seether grunge.

Guns N Roses and Poison could really fit into metal or rock.

Honestly, your inclusion of "Fight Fire with Fire" is enough for me.

    Thanks for the reply.

Seether is one of those bands where I had no idea where to put them. What would you put them under?

I put Poison and Guns N' Roses under metal because metal was lacking, and I consider them hair metal.

Seether is usually considered post-grunge. Bands like Nickelback, Three Days Grace, Creed, Breaking Benjamin, Puddle of Mudd, etc.

So, they can be considered grunge, in a way. I'd probably put them under rock.

Speaking of Grunge, you also might want to consider something by Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, or Soundgarden.

I'll pass on the Alice and Chains. I'll see what I can do with the other two.

I really like your setlist. I'd totally buy that. I can see some metalheads nitpicking the metal selections, but I think you achieved a nice balance overall and I particularly like a couple of your punk and glam choices. Kudos.

Here's my 84 song setlist if you want to check it out:

This setlist is full of win. I'd totally buy this.

My only real change to it is switching What's Your Name? to Free Bird...any other changes I could suggest are minimal and wouldn't really make much of a difference.

Also, I wouldn't put The Used in Emo...but, I don't think Emo should even be a genre anyway, so, eh.

Spirit of the Radio pwnz! I'm so surprised with all the Rush in the game, they haven't got a hold of that song yet.

My only complaint with Free Bird is it probably wouldn't be any fun on drums. Which isn't good, but what the hey, the song is so epic I'll change it.

Holy **** is that flooded with mainstream hits... I like the songs, but as far as possible songs to play, ... some of them are really duds.

Your Song - Band - Request to Change
Owner of Lonely Heart - Yes - Roundabout / Siberian Khatru
Up Around The Bend - CCR - Travelin' Band / Hey Tonight
Free Ride - Edgar Winter - Frankenstien
Under Pressure - David Bowie - Sound & Vision / Modern Love
Fox On The Run - Sweet - The Six Teens
Burnin For You - BOC - The Red & The Black / After Dark
Hush - Deep Purple - Burn / Gettin' Tighter

These songs are all well known and popular, but they can replaced with better songs. I really love Fox on the Run as much as Free Willy, but both wouldn't be so hot in RB

You put Roundabout and Spirit of Radio~ that makes me happy~
But no Dire Straits? and where's the Funk music?

A lot of people really want to see quite a few Funk songs in the next game.

I ended up just changing the song because it seemed to suck on pretty much everything except vocals.

They're usually considered a lot heavier and faster than most hair metal bands.

But remember, Rock Band considers Motley Crue metal.

    Excellent list. I'd definitely buy

A few nitpicks. Semi-Charmed Kind Of Life would be better than Jumper and if I have to hear Vertigo one more time I'm going on a homicidal spree. That song is awful.

Any list that has Mooney Suzuki on it though rocks!

For Grunge you NEED an Alice in Chains song and a Soundgarden song.
For Alice in Chains, I suggest "Rooster" or "Would?"
For Soundgarden, I suggest "Outshined" or "Rusty Cage."

I also think the game needs a Sublime song. "Paddle Out" perhaps. That would be alternative. It's a fast song.
Replace Weezer's "Pork and Beans" with "Undone (The Sweater Song)". "Pork and Beans" should instead be DLC.
And replace the Smashing Pumpkins' "Tonight, Tonight" with "Bullet With Butterfly Wings." It's a bit more intense.

The punk group absolutely NEEDS a Ramones song.
Add "Nervous Breakdown," by Black Flag to the punk list.
Add "What Do I Get," by the Buzzcocks to the punk list.
Add "Go Skate!" by Suicidal Tendencies to the punk list as well; it's got a great bass line.

That's a really good setlist! Missing a few prominent bands like Alice in Chains, but it is really good.
