I'm probably not going to make a list, since I'm still constantly discovering musicians I really like.

But, I've always wanted to know... how do you link things that way? Make the links a word you can click on?

Flea is one of the most over-rated bassists in the world, seriously. The guy's playing isn't that impressive.

And he acknowledges it. He's openly said that his playing is simple, and prefers it that way. Just another example of fans making someone out to be better than they really are.

I actually would prefer someone like Flea over most virtuoso's, though.

Also, apparently I'm the only one who likes Jerry Garcia?

    I like Cherry Garcia.

Actually, no, I don't, I hate cherries and that was a bad joke. Jerry Garcia is good though, I can chill to that.

I've never actually had a Cherry Garcia. Then again, I've never had ice cream, aside from Vanilla.

Are they still sold, or was it only for a year or two?

They still sell it at the dodgy supermarket on my campus, but that's no indication as to whether it has been made for the past ten years. Vanilla is actually the best ice cream anyway, other than perhaps a good strawberry.

I disagree that Dylan is a top-notch vocalist. I enjyo his music, but I often feel that covers are better, and that he is a songwriter before he is a performer. The only song I prefer his original of is Knockin' On Heaven's Door.

I'll admit that most of his fans overstate his technique. But his ability to form a bass line that is interesting without overpowering the song is what makes him great in my eyes. And even so, he's no slouch on his instrument either.

Runesmith, I cannot fathom that you placed Cobain in your top vocalists. I find his singing the most irritating thing, and while I don't mind Nirvana's first album musically, his voice just cuts through the songs and ruins them, at least for me. Kudos on Bowie, however, one of my favourite artists ever, although I'd rather forget most things post-1979.

I'm not a great fan of her style of singing, it sort of permeates a lot of bands nowadays, and whilst it takes talent I find it a little boring.
