Yeah, there definitely needs to be more 60s (classic rock). Besides that, pretty good list.

Anyway, in a spat of boredom, I created a final tier list for Vocals, since that's
what I play. I'm probably way off on the majority of these, but that's what the
people's opinions are for: To help make it the best it can be.

    So, here we go:

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Impossible Songs - Vocals

20: Tommy the Cat - Primus (1991, Alternative, Sailing The Seas of Cheese)
19: The Final Countdown - Europe (1986, Glam, The Final Countdown)
18: Wax Simulacra - The Mars Volta (2008, Prog, The Bedlam in Goliath)
17: Burning Down The House - Talking Heads (1983, New Wave, Speaking in Tounges)
16: Freewheel Burning - Judas Priest (1984, Metal, Defenders of The Faith)
15: Schaffino - At The Drive-In (1996, Indie Rock, Acrobatic Tenement)
14: Eagle Fly Free - Helloween (1988, Metal, Keeper of The Seven Keys, Pt. 2)
13: Under A Glass Moon - Dream Theater (1992, Prog, Images and Words)
12: Fly By Night - Rush (1975, Prog, Fly By Night)
    11: 25 or 6 to 4 - Chicago (1970, Classic Rock, Chicago)
10: Rockin' The Paradise - Styx (1981, Classic Rock, Paradise Theatre)
9: Do The Evolution - Pearl Jam (1997, Grunge, Yield)
    8: Don't Look Back - Boston (1978, Classic Rock, Don't Look Back)
7: Magic Man - Heart (1976, Classic Rock, Dreamboat Annie)
6: No One Lives Forever - Oingo Boingo (1985, New Wave, Dead Man's Party)
    5: Victoria's Secret - Sonata Arctica (2002, Metal, Winterheart's Guild)
4: Amaranth - Nightwish (2007, Metal, Dark Passion Play)
3: Heavy Metal Universe - Gamma Ray (1999, Metal, Power Plant)
2: Subterranean Homesick Blues - Bob Dylan (1965, Classic Rock, Bringing it All Back Home)
1: I Walk Alone - Tarja Turunen (2007, Rock, My Winter Storm)

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I know for a fact I Walk Alone would be the final song if this happened on Vox.
Maybe i'll do a band one next, depending on opinions....

Right, made an attempt at making the final Band tier, so here we go:

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Impossible Songs - Band

20: Blood and Thunder - Mastodon (2004, Metal, Leviathan)
19: Anna Molly - Incubus (2006, Alternative, Light Grenades)
    18: 25 or 6 to 4 - Chicago (1970, Classic Rock, Chicago)
17: Wax Simulacra - The Mars Volta (2008, Prog, The Bedlam in Goliath)
16: Another Stranger Me - Blind Guardian (2006, Metal, A Twist in The Myth)
15: Rockin' The Paradise - Styx (1981, Classic Rock, Paradise Theatre)
14: Selkies: The Endless Obsession - Between The Buried And Me (2005, Prog, Alaska)
13: 2 Minutes to Midnight - Iron Maiden (1984, Metal, Powerslave)
12: Greenhouse Effect - Testament (1989, Metal, Practice What You Preach)
11: Eagle Fly Free - Helloween (1988, Metal, Keeper of The Seven Keys, Pt. 2)
10: Rainbow in The Dark - Dio (1983, Metal, Holy Diver)
9: Freewheel Burning - Judas Priest (1984, Metal, Defenders of The Faith)
    8: Roundabout - Yes (1972, Prog, Fragile)
7: Disposable Heroes - Metallica (1986, Metal, Master of Puppets)
6: Among The Living - Anthrax (1987, Metal, Among The Living)
5: Under A Glass Moon - Dream Theater (1992, Prog, Images and Words)
4: Holy Wars...The Punishment Due - Megadeth (1990, Metal, Rust in Peace)
    3: Victoria's Secret - Sonata Arctica (2002, Metal, Winterheart's Guild)
2: Angel of Death - Slayer (1986, Metal, Reign in Blood)
1: Heavy Metal Universe - Gamma Ray (1999, Metal, Power Plant)

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And this is where it becomes clear that I really don't know much outside of Vocals.
I imagine Victoria's Secret and Angel of Death are way harder than Heavy Metal
Universe, but then again, Visions is apparently way harder than Painkiller, yet that
    isn't on top. I dunno.

I await your opinions, community. =D

Sorry to be a bit nit-picky, but I think Sober by Tool should be listed under rock instead of prog, because there's nothing really prog about that song and they didn't go prog until Aenima.

Otherwise, good setlist. Way better than some other ones I've seen.

Don't worry, i'm looking for things like that.

I dunno, though; Wikipedia listed Undertow as a Prog album. I'm not a
big fan of Tool, but I guess i'll the other tracks on the album a listen and
see if it should be deemed Rock.
