FlyGuy's Rock Band 3 setlist 2.0

PLEASE READ THIS FIRST:

Here it is, it is not final without your agreement, but 140 songs on this list. 20 songs per tier (difficulty ratings will hopefully be written in the future after we all agree on the entire setlist and when I get the time because lately, I had little .)

Do note, when I mean agreeing with me, I want to adress your issues, not your wants. I will allow lists of artists of recommendation to represent a lacking genre, or consider a requested song change by the same artist only if it translates better gamewise (or if I like it ;) ). I will not allow such things like "add this artist" ,"add this song" or "remove this artist" with no reason to back it up. Note, there will be times I will reject a request, but I will try to be as flexible as possible.

Also, you might notice bands like Atreyu and Slipknot, well, they're probably not going anywhere. This list is meant to appeal to EVERYONE. Don't be elitists and complain about them, I catered more to your type, and your complaining about Slipknot, Atreyu, or another band I missed will get you nowhere but a spot on my ignore list.

Now, the 140 song setlist:

The Alternative and Indie songs could be SO much better, espcially from the 80's.

    In fact......they kinda suck. :(

Lol at The King of Rock'n Roll. It sold the whole list. Really like the Dead Kennedys and Golden Earring picks as well.

First off, could you change the colour of the list itself? It hurts my eyes, wicked.

Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit - Nevermind
    and now for
1: Paradise City wouldn't translate well to the game. The singer would be like "wtf" when the lyrics scroll accross the screen, as, you know, they make no sense. The guitar part would be pretty boring until the solo, which would just be pressing buttons randomly, pretty much. Whee. Use Garden of Eden, Nightrain, Reckless Life, Get in the Ring, Perfect Crime, Don't Damn Me or Back Off, *****.
2: Song would be boring. The guitar part is based off a Boston riff which is already in the game, and the rest is sustains until the boring solo. Weak. The vocals are pitchy as hell, with random jumps. Use Come as You Are, Heart-Shaped Box, Very Ape, About a Girl, Swap Meet, Blew, Lithium, White Lace and Strange, Token Eastern Song, The Eagle Has Landed or Endless, Nameless.

    the rest is fine

    Disabled the whiteness.

The GnR choice I have to research throughly.

Also Lol, I actually chose Smells Like Teen Spirit because everyone goes gaga over it. I might change it to Lithium.

Popularity is never a good reason to make decisions.

This is a good list, balanced, and not like one of the cookie cutter setlists that people post daily. Excellent job.

(P.S. the credit for the term 'cookie cutter setlists' goes to someone else. I'll search in a second to find out who. EDIT: it was timmay9.)

    Needs Bowie.

And it needs better Alt. choices in the 80's through 90's.

I do not know a lot of 80s alternative, I might trim some down from the 90s, but I need suggestions.
