I won't be able to list them all here, so help me out guys. Personally, I love it when alternate instruments are charted, it's much better than doing nothing, or having to play a really boring guitar part instead of a much better alt. instrument solo on top of it. For example, I'd have preferred it if HMX charted the organ solo in Highway Star. But anyway.

Organ
- Smokin' - Boston

Piano
- The Collector - Nine Inch Nails
- March of the Pigs - Nine Inch Nails
- Young - Hollywood Undead
- Cups and Cakes? - Spinal Tap
(The "guitar" track is really low in the mix and I can't quite tell, this might be a piano, though I think it changed to guitar at the end)

Keytar
- Sprode - Freezepop
- Less Talk More Rokk - Freezepop

Bass
- Big Bottom - Spinal Tap

Harpsichord
- Saucy Jack - Spinal Tap

Harmonica
- Clint Eastwood - Gorillaz

Synth
- Treat Me Like Your Mother - The Dead Weather
- Prostitute - Guns 'n' Roses
- The Hand That Feeds - Nine Inch Nails
- Shining Star - Earth, Wind & Fire

Mandolin
- Losing My Religion - R.E.M.
- Stonehenge - Spinal Tap

Fiddle

"Suds In The Bucket" - Sara Evans
"Good Time" - Alan Jackson

Banjo
Sin Wagon - Dixie Chicks

Turntable
"Sabotage" - Beastie Boys

So, what else is there? I guess this'll make for interesting discussion.
