How will it work? Will I just make, like the notes, for the guitar ad check it if it's good, like a check button? Do I need to pay to post a song? Or even make a song?

I read about RBN earlier on GameInformer. I was very excited for this. I want to post my own songs (the ones I have written) and for people to buy it. And to play it. If someone that knows all about RBN, can you answer me these questions and tell me more about how RBN will be.;)

You will create the note charts, and then submit it for peer review. The peer review process will check the charts against the music, basically it's a quality review of the charts themselves, not the song. As long as the note charts are accurate, it should pass peer review and then it will get moved into the Rock Band Network Store for people to purchase.

To submit a song, you'll need to pay several fees:

Xbox Live Gold account - $50 per year
Reaper (the software used to create the charts) - $60 one time license fee
Microsoft XNA Creator's Club Premium membership - $99 per year
