So I thought about which RB2 tracks would be "Family Friendly"

Honestly I don't think it would be that many, here's a list I came up with...

"Carry On Wayward Son"
"Everlong"
"Eye Of The Tiger"
"Float On"
"Hello There"
"Lazy Eye"
"Let There Be Rock"
"Livin' On A Prayer"
"Nine In The Afternoon"
"Pinball Wizard"
"Rambin' Man"
"Supreme Girl"
"That's What You Get"
"The Middle"
"The Trees (Vault Edition)"
"We Got The Beat"

That's 16 songs, not reallly enough to have had worried about any sort of export or anything. I can see why it didn't happen!

I'm calling shenanigans on Conventional Lover, due to the sexual references:
And when we get to mating, I'll always treat you kind
I'll never bend you too far back or ever crease your spine
    But there's one thing I won't promise, there's one thing I won't do
Can't leave you in the box babe, this collector is coming through

I'm not sure how things work down south, but around here, mating is considered family friendly. It's pretty much a prerequisite.

I'm thinking "Spirit in the Sky" wouldn't have made it for religious overtones. It wouldn't matter to me, but I bet the filter wouldn't have let it go through.

Pinball Wizard probably would be axed too.

methinks spirit in the sky would get cut. At least I really hope it would, because I hate the religious junk in that song, plus it's a stupid song imo.

Also Everlong might have gotten cut aswell due to what the lyrics are implying

I'm pretty sure A Jagged Gorgeous Winter has a masturbation reference, but it may be overt enough to make it past.

It's a Jewsh guy singing about Jesus, lol.

Hungry Like the Wolf making it in would surprise me.

actually you could just look on the songs list, they have little FF icons by the family friendly songs
Im surprised to see that they were all marked SR! (Supervision Recommended)

I think it's more of the fact you'd need to be able to export RB2 songs somehow, and right now they haven't made that an option. I suspect they won't either, at least not until RB3 comes out. Will they bother to go back and make some of the RB2 songs work with LRB? I kinda doubt it...

That's because Rock Band 2 songs at this time are only available on the T-Rated Rock Band 2 disc. So the only way to get to those songs is to also expose family members to the ENTIRE library of songs anyway.

When the time comes for them to export, then they'll recieve individual ratings.

The Middle would fit into the game so perfectly.
