Yes finally someone who likes Believe. Easily Disturbed's best. The only thing I'll change is that I would flip-flop Indestructible and The Sickness.

    Yeah, sorry.

    I would rate them equal.
Of course, BFS has more songs, but nothing really special, while YS has Hey Bulldog and It's All Too Much. (both which I completly adore)
On BFS are Eight Days A Week and Every Little Thing the best song, and, to be honest, they are not bad, but nowhere near Hey Bulldog.

"hey bulldog" is one of the greatest songs the beatles have ever written. too bad it's surrounded by trash.
also, i love "i'll follow the sun".

Are all of these really better than self-titled? I was told to believe that the rest doesn't compare but if anything on these can possibily top "Wild West End" or "Water of Love", then damn, I need that.
I hadn't heard it in a real long while when I made that list.

I gave the album a listen earlier... and completely changed my mind:

    2. Dire Straits

    oh. my bad then. xP
let me clarify in that case. i think that every track on the album up to "red rabbits" is fantastic and the rest of the album is about average. definitely a good album, but in my opinion doesn't compare to oh, inverted world or chutes too narrow.

I don't care that you left off their first 3 albums as much as leaving off their 4th (Power Metal), I don't think rating a band's discography should entail leaving off any band's albums, let alone 4. I highly suggest listening to that album, it's debatable, but I consider it the best thing they've ever done, so I'm a little annoyed that you left it off the list.

You should've included those albums, it's not really rating their discography if you exclude them. Anyway, here's how I would rate their discography:

    [LIST=1]
    [*]Power Metal
    [*]Cowboys From Hell
    [*]The Great Southern Trendkill
    [*]I Am the Night
    [*]Projects in the Jungle
    [*]Far Beyond Driven
    [*]Vulgar Display of Power
    [*]Reinventing the Steel
    [*]Metal Magic
