Another one with export problems

Well i got my lego rock band for christmas and have been slowly playing through it, finally decided to export songs in time for my rock band birthday party next week and surprise surprise, first it came up with a website error, now my code has already been redeemed!!:eek:

Anyone know how long it takes them to email you back and get it sorted?

    I had the same problem, but was able to get the code this week by trying again after I turned off my pop-up blocker.

    I did try it my pop-up blocker disabled aswell but just says that the code is redeemed, its been a day now and no reply from support either :(

    The same thing happened to me today. I went back to Play N Trade and they exchanged it for me. This was faster than scanning/emailing/waiting with Lego RB support. But same exact issue. First an error and then already used message.

    The weird thing is I now have 2 Lego RB export licenses tied to my Xbox account so it actually applied it. The problem is you need the code provided to make the purchase in the Xbox Marketplace.
