    I don't enjoy most of the albums on OP's list, so I'll post my own recommendations of before-you-die albums:

    Big Star - #1 Record
    DJ Shadow - Endtroducing.....
    Joy Division - Unknown Pleasures
    Neutral Milk Hotel - In the Aeroplane Over the Sea
    Panda Bear - Person Pitch
    Pixies - Doolittle
    Radiohead - OK Computer
    The Velvet Underground - The Velvet Underground & Nico

    ahahahah! that would be somehow amazing if Joy Division were able to cover ITAOTS or more realistically Neutral Milk Hotel were able to cover Unknown Pleasures
