ROFL yes we would. My friends and I always joke about Keyboard Hero during that keyboard solo in Won't Get Fooled Again. All I'm saying is that the Keyboard controller better come with a cape (see Ghostland Observatory or Lawrence in School of Rock)

Haha, wow, shame about the price though. If only it could detect that I have legal versions of the songs on my computer and give a discount :D

If RB had a piano controller, then the Muse fans would be laughing :p
    Laughing is quite the understatement.
I know I'd be doing backflips.

Edit: Happy page 100! *Throws confetti*

    We made it to 100!

As something special, if you want something funny and Muse related to read, I suggest you take a look at the Uncyclopedia page for the band. Remember it's all just for a bit of fun ;)

And don't forget to check the pages for each member...

That's why I think Black Holes and Revelations would make the best full album. Absolution is my favorite album, but there are at least four songs with virtually no guitar in them. Origin of Symmetry has its fair share, too, and I like Showbiz and all, but it wouldn't make much sense to put up an album some people tend to just forget about as full DLC.
But I think Hoodoo would be the only obstacle in Black Holes, and it could be worked around for the sake of all the other amazing songs on the album.
Hoodoo has guitar parts so I don't think it'd be to much of a problem, BH&R is pretty much perfect as a DLC album, it has good songs that are probably fun to play and great variety.

xD I've read that page. Actually, I read it a long time ago, before I actually started listening to Muse (The lesser half of the unquotes at the top of the Atheism page were credited to Matt, and I thought I'd heard the name before. Coincidentally, I was racking my brain for the name of the frontman of Muse not an hour before that.) and actually understood most of the jokes.
"Sing for Asphyxiation" is an inside joke with my brother now, too.

Regarding Hoodoo, I know it's got plenty of guitar, but it's the lack of bass I was referring to. I don't hear bass guitar when I listen to it, but maybe it's too quiet or maybe I'm not listening hard enough.

And the best part is that we would get Invincible, the best song in the world, as DLC!

That should get TakeABow's attention >_>

Good ploy, it's like cheese to a mouse.
I seriously need me some Muse for RB right about now.

edit: ok, where is he? Maybe something bad happened. Maybe he broke his fingers airguitaring the Invincible solo

Congrats to you, Sveppi, and your excellent timing.

And hooray for the Muse thread! 100 pages, 1000 posts, and still just one song announced!
Not even released, and not for another month. Shucks.
At the rate this thread grows, we'll be at 200 pages before Hysteria comes out.

What's your problem? This thread has the best discussions of any thread on this forum. Everyone (except you, it seems) makes polite conversation regarding their favorite band, and the fact that we want them in RB. So, because I shoot in a few short replies in between I'm spamming? I might post a lot on this thread but I can't see how that makes me a "tard". But I don't want to argue.

I dont care for muse. I am tired of seeing this thread tho. The fact their is 2 posts every minute about non music related things is kind of annoying. We get it, you want muse. You do know, there are other threads...

I really don't understand why people feel the need to do so.
Anyway, back to Muse: I've been wondering how the opening guitar slide on Hysteria will be charted.

Well, we talked about guitars, concerts, music be Muse & what we want for DLC. The only thing I can really think of regarding non-musical stuff was some sort of egg salad discussion which missed.
Isn't there an option to ignore threads, you could do that, then we won't annoy you anymore.

Oh no, a thread with regulars that have discussions about Muse! This can't go on!

On another note, I actually dug up my Guitar Hero III disc to play Knights of Cydonia and pretended I was singing at the same time.
Well, I did sing. I just pretended I was being scored.
And that song is a blast to play and sing to! Very challenging, though.

Probably with a slow progression of hammer ons. Green for a couple of measures, then red, and so on.
That's how I always imagine it. Plus, Rock Band charts make sense, so I doubt they'd do something too weird.

I'd say that sounds logical. This isn't Guitar Hero 3 so they won't just throw in a couple hundred notes in between to make it harder.

That is definetly the one thing I hate about the chart in GH. It sucks! Especially during that last part after the bridge. Hopefully HMX will know how to chart Hysteria, I have confidence.

I bet you have no problem with your favorite bands' threads. So just face the facts, Muse is the third most viewed and commented thread in this forum, and believe it or not, people do have other music tastes than you.

You gotta love the hatahs.

    Yay for 100 pages!

I'm with Bubblegum on the beginning of hysteria. I suppose it could be a fast strumming section alternatively, but like previously stated, this isn't GH, so there's no need to overchart it.

That uncyclopedia page was pretty funny. "Matthew Bellamy is widely regarded as the sole reason for the fall of the Soviet Union and is therefore considered a demi-god in rural regions of Russia." That just slayed me.

I hope TakeABow didn't eat too many cookies and is now dealing with a crushing low after a sugar high.
