    KoC
    Thoughts of a dying atheist
    Starlight
    Invincible
    Stockholm syndrome
    Plug in baby

    Album:

    Any album would be great!
I know I could have picked better songs but i really like the ones I named..

Edit:I agree Invincible would not do much as a single..

    I want a cookie!

    Here's my 3-pack:
    Stockholm Syndrome
Invincible (solo would kill the guitar player)
    Plug In Baby

    6-Pack:
The same 3 as above, PLUS:
    Citizen Erased
    New Born
    Exo-Politics

I guess I do like OoS a bit more, since 3 of my songs are from there. So I'll choose that as my full album. Though I may be alone here.

You can have a cookie for putting Invincible in your 3-pack, *Gives*

I'm listening to Invincible right now, and giving out cookies. Life is good.

I could use some finger cramps... I'll just play the invincible solo on my plastic intruments.

Oh wait, I can't do that... Harmonix...??

Invincible would probably not go over all that well as a single DLC song. But as part of a pack, or an album, well, people would discover how sweet it is.

    3-pack:
    Plug in Baby
    Invincible
    Knights of Cydonia

    6-Pack:
    Plug in Baby
    Invincible
    City of Delusion
    Knights of Cydonia
    New Born
    Take A Bow

    Album:
Black Holes and Revelations. (Absolution has too much piano) :/

I have my cookie jar here, and I'm ready to give them out. Who wants one?
Those are really great packs, I don't understand how I forgot Plug in Baby :(

edit: Well, I'm of to bed (midnight in Iceland), I have a stupid oral exam in German tomorrow:/ I expect nothing less than five new pages when I wake up 7 hours from now! :)

OK. I'm a convert. I didn't pay these guys any heed 'til I saw the KoC video in a bar the other night. Couldn't really hear the music since every one was talking but WOW! The vid was amazing. One of the best I've ever seen. Maybe second only to Beastie Boys "Sabotage". Checked out the music on iTunes when I got home and drunkenly downloaded 3 albums. These guys are amazing!

I'm dying to play the drum track to "Map of the Problematique"

The "what are we doing?" was referring to Merry and Pippin's bewilderment as to thier destination in the movie after they decide to join Frodo and the gang.

Welcome to the cult . . . er, club! The vid for KoC is what really sealed the deal for me as well. I loved Muse before that but the fact that they made a video encompassing kung fu, cowboys, aliens, and robots just confirmed it for me.

I came across a music critic's (the enemy!) review of HAARP. It's fairly obvious that he's not a Muse fan but it's a good read, for no other reason than to find humor in seeing him try desperately to find something wrong with the album. Here's a few of my favorite quotes:

"Muse make superhero music, and if you're going to offer declarations like "Tonight we can truly say/ Together we're invincible," there are few settings more appropriately comic-book than the one for this CD/DVD set: a twice-over sold-out Wembley Stadium."

"Take a Bow is the kind of song that could level an arena, and as the closer of H.A.A.R.P., this proves to be true."

    Link!

    LOL:
"And that's f*cking important. I mean, we can't all start with Radiohead."

    and this:

"Muse are more effective for implying the give and take-- they may just be following in the path of the Cure, the Doors, Rush, Pink Floyd, or even Led Zeppelin"

    AMEN!!

I just find this so cool. I recently got hooked on Muse, got their entire discography, then showed it to all of my friends, who liked it, and so on. It's a butterfly effect!

I don't know why exactly since their sounds are very different but a lot of Muse's stuff puts me in mind of Queen at their most bombastically operatic.

I think it's almost safe to say HAARP changed my life.
The performances of New Born and Invincible were my favorites, I think. I'd seen the Invincible performance in saltine-vision, but putting it on an actual TV with decent audio makes it positively astounding.
They're true geniuses. And I love the stuff they did after New Born.
The only thing that can top that is actually going to a Muse concert.

Ah, I'd heard the line "Always loveably lame, have managed to take a turn for the lamer," but not the rest of it.
I'm curious as to how he knew Muse's wardrobe without seeing them.

    Also, my Muse 3-pack:
    New Born
    Stockholm Syndrome
    Invincible
(It was really hard to take Plug in Baby off that list. Really.)

    6-pack:
    Time is Running Out
    Stockholm Syndrome
    Invincible
    Knights of Cydonia
    New Born
    Plug in Baby.
(If both packs were to be released, I'd have New Born, Stockholm Syndrome, and Invincible replaced with Citizen Erased, Shrinking Universe, and The Small Print.)

    Album: Black Holes and Revelations.
