TB:RB 2 ideas or possible set-list

Seeing how rock band 3 got some sexy new pro-modes plus keyboards I, as the obsessive nerd I am, thought of The Beatles rock band with said pro-modes. And of course I also thought of a set-list of what songs a sequel to the first Beatles rock band would be like (seeing how the first really hit home n the key iconic Beatles tracks). So I put together a personal set-list of songs I'd love to see (hopefully you would be able to import all TB:RB 1 songs in there):

-Help
-Yesterday
-Across The Universe
-Let It Be
-Rain
-Love You To
-Tomorrow Never Knows
-If You've Got Trouble
-Everybody's Got Something to Hide Except Me and My Monkey
-Happiness Is a Warm Gun
-Hey Jude
-I'm Happy Just To Dance With You
-Love Me Do
-Every Little Thing
-Lady Madonna
-Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da
-I'm Down
-Dizzy Miss Lizzy
-All My Loving
-It Won't Be Long
-I'm a Loser
-Rocky Racoon
-You Like Me Too Much
-Only a Northern Song
-It's All Too Much
-Honey Pie
-Martha My Dear
-Good Day Sunshine
-Penny Lane
-Strawberry Fields Forever
-Old Brown Shoe
-This Boy
-She Loves You
-Baby, You're a Rich Man
-Devil in Her Heart
-The Ballad of John and Yoko
-What You're Doing
-Honey Don't
-Shout
-Act Naturally
-Matchbox
-If I Fell
-Yes It Is
-The Long and Winding Road
-And I Love Her

These would be all with pro-mode for all instruments of course but I wanna hear if anyone else has any other opinions, or if anything a cool feature to add onto this idea.

You're not the first person to suggest a TB:RB 2.

You are however the first person to suggest a setlist, espically one I'm interested in.

If we get a The Beatles: Rock Band 2, just call if something like The Beatles Rock Band: The Complete Works and have it have the rest of their discography.

If I can import all my scores from TB:RB into this follow-up game as well, I'll be all for it (I'd hate to have to start from scratch on those : ?)

I doubt we'll be seeing "If You've Got Trouble" or "Shout" or any other song not officially released before their break-up in this game, though. Again, at least one additional song from every album should be included, as well as another six or so non-album singles. I still don't know what the 'hook' for this follow-up game will be, though. They had the Story in the first one, I don't think they'd do that again, would they?

Anyway, here's some songs I'd like to see in this one:

    SINGLES/EP TRACKS:
    "From Me to You"
    "Long Tall Sally"
    "We Can Work It Out"
    "Rain"
    "Lady Madonna"
    "Hey Jude"
"The Ballad of John and Yoko"
    "Old Brown Shoe"

    PLEASE PLEASE ME:
    "Please Please Me"

    WITH THE BEATLES:
    "It Won't Be Long"
    "All My Loving"

    A HARD DAY'S NIGHT:
"I'm Happy Just to Dance with You"
    "And I Love Her"
    "You Can't Do That"

    BEATLES FOR SALE:
    "I'm a Loser"
    "I'll Follow the Sun"

    HELP!:
    "Help!"
    "The Night Before"
"You're Going to Lose That Girl"
    "Yesterday"

    REVOLVER:
    "Eleanor Rigby"
    "I'm Only Sleeping"
    "She Said She Said"
    "Good Day Sunshine"
    "For No One"
"Got to Get You Into My Life"
    "Tomorrow Never Knows"

    MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR:
    "Magical Mystery Tour"
    "The Fool on the Hill"
    "Strawberry Fields Forever"
    "Penny Lane"
    "Baby, You're a Rich Man"

    THE BEATLES, Disc 1:
    "Glass Onion"
    "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da"
    "Happiness Is a Warm Gun"
    "Martha My Dear"

    THE BEATLES, Disc 2:
    "Yer Blues"
"Everybody's Got Something to Hide Except Me and My Monkey"
    "Sexy Sadie"
    "Long, Long, Long"
    "Honey Pie"
    "Cry Baby Cry"

    YELLOW SUBMARINE:
    "It's All Too Much"

    LET IT BE:
    "Two of Us"
    "Let It Be"
    "One After 909"

    * Denotes No Keyboard Part
** Denotes No Bass or Drum Part

In addition to the setlist, there will be an option to export all songs from The Beatles : Rock Band™

All legacy Beatles songs will receive Keyboard Upgrades to the tracks where Keyboard is indicated. However all Pro Guitar charts will cost an extra $1

I really don't think a TB:RB 2 is such a bad idea, The Beatles have plenty of more great songs that will gain attention and sell, and they could really use a keys update as well. I think a key figure in any solution is Export.

I'm pretty sure they'd chart the strings on bass for "Yesterday" and the French Horn on guitar for "For No One" (if past history is any indication). "Happiness" actually does have keyboard in it, BTW, during the last segment.

    Strings = Keys

    No Keyboard

I'll change For No One though.

This does mean I get to make up achievements/trophies again, and I love doing that ^__^

Also, what would the Encore song be? Would there be one? "Free As A Bird," or "Real Love," perhaps? Or the 'take 10' version of Revolution 1?

I for one would buy it if they released a second game for this platform. There is so many good songs that have not yet made it into the platform that I would love to play. Especially with the new instruments and modes. If any band deserves the RB3 treatment, it's The Beatles. Also, for songs with no keys, they should instead chart John's rhythm guitar parts. Or even just forget about keys and just chart John's parts.

New achievements/trophies (a couple of repeats from my earlier posts, but I remade them for the Pro controllers)

CAN YOU HEAR ME? -- Perform all of the Shea Stadium songs

BILLY SHEARS! -- Get 5 Stars on Pro Easy Drums (or at least 3 stars on Pro Medium Drums or higher) on all songs/all Sgt. Pepper songs

LET ME TAKE YOU DOWN -- win 3 tug-of-wars in a row

I KNEW WHAT I WAS MISSING -- On Pro Medium Guitar or higher, play "You Won't See Me" in Performance mode, without failing

EVERYBODY SAW THE SUNSHINE -- Activate full band Beatlemania during "I've Got A Feeling"

YOU ARE TEARING ME APART -- get gold stars on What Goes On, in Pro Expert Drums

SOMEDAY MONKEY WON'T PLAY PIANO SONG -- Clear a song on Pro Keys

88 DAYS A WEEK -- get 100% on a song in Pro Expert Keys

VERY CLEAN -- clear all "A Hard Days Night" songs

LOVE IS ALL YOU NEED -- clear all "Love" songs

WORLDWIDE HIT -- play the same song in 3 different venues

    91 AFTER 909 -- successfully get 1000 HOPOs in Pro Expert Guitar/Bass

DAED SI LUAP -- get at least one 100% on Pro Expert Bass, Lefty Flip

    ----------------------------------------------------

That's all I can think of for now. What do you think? Yay? Nay? Meh?

I'd buy Beatles Rock Band 2. But, really... both of these would need to export to the Rock Band platform. It's the one missing thing in life for me.
