Playing Fallout 3 today. I was doing Mothership Zeta, got to the beginning of the final quest and... That freaking little kid will not come through the teleporter. So, I'm stuck in this room with both doors locked and cannot be picked. FFFFFFFUUUUUUU.

Well, I'm boned. I don't want to delete the DLC, because my other 2 characters have weapons from the DLC.

I even took my Fat Man and shot the ground, thinking that dying could fix the glitch. But nope.

Any of the Fallout games you have to have tons of saves from diffrent dates because of that. Elder Scrolls is the same way.

Yeah, but I played that DLC like 2-3 times and I NEVER experienced any glitches like that. Ever. I never experienced any glitches in Oblivion either. I did have some in New Vegas.

I know I meant to save before I went to the ship, but I forgot and now that play-through is DONE!

Anybody play Assassins' Creed Brotherhood yet, and have an opinion on it? I absolutely loved the other two, especially the second one, and just wondered if Brotherhood is a significant change from 2.

started playing new vegas a little while ago. while i never had any glitches in fallout 3, i can already see that i'm going to have some issues with NV. as soon as that happens, im going to switch over to either dragon age or mass effect 2.

I finally found the last few Jiggies in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, so I'm back to working my way through GTAIV. I may go back and play the two B-K N64 games instead though, GTAIV just isn't holding my interest.

From what I've heard, if you liked 2, you'll love Brotherhood. Supposedly it has only improved. Not bad for a half-quel.

You must not be that experienced in Mario Kart if you don't expect blue shells, lightning bolts and rubber-band A.I. by now.

Protip: hold a banana or shell behind you to deflect most incoming attacks.
Maybe my memory is faulty, but in earlier titles I don't recall getting hit by lightning bolts, blue shells, POW blocks, and every other top-tier weapon in the game every five seconds. I recall actually being able to focus on the course while periodically fending off attacks.

Brotherhood is fantastic. It's a full-featured game with an immense campaign that improves just about everything about the gameplay. The story isn't quite as good, but that was my only complaint.

Brotherhood is by far the best game in the series in my opinion.Absolutely fantastic.

Perhaps you just had an unlucky day. It happens. The 150cc and mirror mode tend to be a little more brutal with the weapons, but not in the degree you're talking about.

Now, if you REALLY want a cluster**** of bob-ombs and bullet bills, play the game online with all of the cheaters. Last time I played, you couldn't join a race without it being hacked by at least half the other racers.

Funny, I noticed several glitches so far. A big one is that I can't enter the sewer from the entrance near the Citadel. The game freezes on the loading screen.

I'm getting a PS3 very soon; besides Uncharted, Little Big Planet, God of War, Killzone, Heavy Rain, Resistance and Infamous are there any other PS3 exclusive games I'm forgetting to check out?

I just got kicked out of all the casinos in New Vegas after playing numerous games of Blackjack (I had an 8 luck). Once You Don't Know Jack comes out this week, I'll be taking a much-needed break from Fallout.

Other people have already responded, but I'll chime in too. Brotherhood is great. It's not a huge step forward in terms of gameplay like 2 was from the original, but it's a lot of fun. Multiplayer is very well done, and has a pretty unique scheme. If you loved 2, you'll love Brotherhood.

The only real glitch I've encountered is people being stuck in places. My game freezes kind of a lot. But I never really experienced anything game-breaking though.

The Ratchet and Clank games were fun. I don't have a PS3 but those games were fun on the PS2.

Where did you experience them first? I first encountered them when I was going up to the Mojave Express (I was wandering that area) where as I got attacked by like 2 of those and 4 regular radscorpions. I almost crapped my pants because I was so freaking scared.

i saw them when i was going up to the caravan outpost NE of goodsprings. its almost not worth battling them as they eat up a lot of ammo. i know that you can make armor penetrating bullets but i dont know how just yet. that would probably help against them. or energy weapons.

just something about scorpions though. i don't mind bugs but scorpions.... die!!

Well, at least you had 1 radscorpion (even if he was a giant) on your first encounter. You don't get the joys of having 6 chase you down and you being scared ****less.

Radscorpions still weren't that bad. The giant ones were the worst.

But Deathclaws are worse than anything out there!! Cazador's are a very close 2nd.

cazadors? those the bee looking things? there was one not that far off from the giant radscorps. it stung me and i was dead not long after haha. im thinking that maybe i will hold off going up north till i get some better weapons. it was pretty rough up there.
  • UntilWeHaveFacesUntilWeHaveFaces Rising Star

Yeah. Unless you have some Antivenom, and are much stronger, going north is VERY BAD. So, is that where you went first after Goodsprings? LOL!! Sorry, but I found that funny. You should watch this:
