New Idea for RBN Authoring Groups

Back before RB2 Harmonix used to get covers for songs that didn't have working masters or songs that they couldn't get complete licencing for (not positive on the last one). Well now that they quit doing masters there is no way for us to possibly get songs recorded before 1967 (or even later in the cases of some bands) without using a re-record or a live version, which are rarely as good as the original and aren't available for some bands.

Well I was thinking today, if Harmonix used to do covers for songs like Last Train to Clarksville by the Monkees, then why can't RBN authoring groups do that now?

This would be perfect for songs recorded in the 50s and 60s as long as good covers were found, so what do you guys think?
