Took a listen to Still Young by SHIROCK, sounds pretty good. I'll grab that.

Was going to grab Whiskey's Got A Job To Do, figuring it would have a great 'keys' part with the violin - but it wasn't charted. The song doesn't look interesting enough on the other instruments given that, so no sale there.

I'm getting the two classical songs, The Sword, Betrayed, The Nightrager, Sinner's Vengeance and possibly Desecration Day, as soon as I have enough Microsoft Points. So this seems pretty good for me with RBN but it hasn't been too good for me for the past 4 or 5 weeks now with official HMX DLC.

"Pendulum" was a nice last minute surprise. Incredibly taxing week on my wallet.

Not my kind of music for Ps3 this week.. but i will get 4 because I'm nice enough to support some groups (like Btbam whom i'm not a fan of but they are instrumentally talented)

So i'm getting BTBAM, Insomniac game's song (because it's funny), A skylit, and Bayside.. i will never support Rose of Jericho again.. not a fan at all.

Definitely getting the Insomniac Games song. Don't know the other PS3 songs, I'll have to listen to them when I get home from work.

Sinner's Vengeance is officially the greatest metal song you can find on the RBN.

Some good stuff this week. Jukebox the Ghost's always good for keys, and we have some ska with Synthetic Elements!

Plus some stuff I previewed may require some repeat listening to appreciate, but there's a lot of potential there. My Wooden LeG, SHIROCK, Karla Davis... caught my ear. I always thought RBN would be the place where I found stuff by indie bands I discovered elsewhere, but I'm finding it's pretty damn good for music discovery in and of itself.

Impressive week, and I got a lot this time around:

"The Difference Between Medicine And Poison Is In The Dose" - Circa Survive
    "Still Young" - SHIROCK
    "Fur Elise (Beethoven)" - Magnefora
"Piano Sonata No. 11 - Ronda Alla Turca (Mozart)" Thomas Walker
"Preacher & Devil" - Noah Engh the Kid Fantastic
"Whiskey's Got a Job to Do" - Karla Davis
    "The Nightrager" - Bob Katsionis
    "Inheritors" - Serianna
"The Stars" - Jukebox the Ghost
"Need Strange" - Chad Smith's Bombastic Meatbats
"Goodbye Goldblatt" - Love Crushed Velvet
"Low Life in the Fast Lane" – Pump

I love weeks like this - Huge variety in genres (as I have a wide range of musical tastes) - Classical, country, pop, metal, and jazz (To me Need Strange sounds more fuzion Jazz than anything else even if it isn't sorted as such :) )

Mmh, just buying my weekly dose of RBN Prog, listened to the others but didn't click. Buried Cold is a cool song but I didn't find the charts to be enjoyable enough..
