So, are you turnitup123's evil twin?

Also, Escape is 1979, not the 60's.

No, I am nobody's evil twin. That is a pretty extreme typo. *facepalm*

Also, *facepalm again*. That's what I get for not doing my research.

    1970s
Bargain - The Who (Classic Rock)- any The Who song will do
Funeral for a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding - Elton John (Classic Rock)- any Elton will do
Rock the Casbah - The Clash (Punk;Classic)- 80s

    1980s
A.D. 1928/Rockin’ the Paradise - Styx (Rock;Arena)- any Styx will do
Distant Early Warning - Rush (Progressive)- Any Rush will do
Janie’s Got a Gun - Aerosmith (Rock;Hard Rock)- Any Aerosmith, but this. Content wise
Sweet Child o’ Mine - Guns n’ Roses (Rock;Hard Rock)- licensing. but I like this song too.

    1990s
Closer - Nine Inch Nails (Metal/Industrial)- don't we already have this?

    2000s
Albuquerque - “Weird Al” Yankovic (Novelty)- 90s
Let’s Get It Started - Black Eyed Peas (Pop/Dance/Electronic;Electronica)- okay, but I think it's Pop
Trogdor - Strong Bad (Metal;Metal)- Guitar Hero?

I would buy this game for 38% percent of the setlist

    Duly noted.

You sure? I don't think it's that explicit.

    No, we don't.

Could go either way, really.. Now that I think about it, you're probably right.

That was supposed to be a novelty. And to spice up the guitar on the setlist. But if enough people don't like that choice, I have another metal song in the wings to replace it.

It's a good setlist, I would probably buy it, but it's in dire need of decent metal, there's very little on it save a few metalcore songs and glam bands like Twisted Sister that aren't neccesarily real metal. Maybe add some Iron Maiden or Metallica for the mainstream metal crowd or go a little more obscure and add something like Rainbow, Overkill, or Venom.

Overall, though, great job, I would buy it for Frankenstein and Layla alone.

    Dude, no, keep Trogdor.

    Though I might be biased.

@coolsnoopy - I'll consider that. Also, there's more types of metal that metalcore on my list. But I might swap out some tracks. Thanks for the input. (And for commenting on my list.)

@GNFwhatthehell - Thanks for the input.

One Last Kiss removed, Metal Meltdown added.

ALSO, for the rumored Chili Peppers DLC, does anyone remember if Californication was among them? I don't.

It is, Can't Stop would be a great replacement. Also Deadbolt should be labeled as Alternative not Emo

@coolsnoopy - Thanks! I'm going to track down some more metal. Maybe I'll expand the number of songs or swap out some of the less interesting/more inane/WhoTheF*ckAreThey songs.

@GameMaster - Actually, if Californication didn't work out, I was going to maybe put a Black Sabbath song in (per coolsnoopy's MOAR METAL!!!!!! suggestion).

Also, for my list, I changed Emo to Emo/Post-Hardcore. I think Thrice fits the latter category well. That is the ONLY liberty I took with the standing genre classification.

You had me at Escape (The Pina Colada Song). But, yeah, all in all a great setlist. I'd buy this in a heartbeat. I particularly enjoyed your choices from the '60s, '70s and '80s. Everything after that is just okay for me (with a few songs that I loved, like The Fratellis, Coldplay, Train, Santana, etc.)

If you're going to add Black Sabbath, you could go with the obvious choice of Iron Man, or go with something even more enjoyable, like Children of the Grave or even one of their Dio-era songs.

Way too much 2010s. Also way too much hardcore in the 2000s. I personally hate the hardcore genre, though.

In light of the DLC announcement, Dream Police has been axed, and Golden Earring's "Candy's Going Bad" put in its place.

Also, I am working on a Lego Rock Band 2 setlist. When it is done, I will link to it in the first post.

I have had two reasons to change the list a bit. One was the announcement of "Rock the Casbah". The other was me seeing Little Shop of Horrors for the first time. Therefore, I have placed the racuous "Mean Green Mother from Outer Space" on the list.
