If the Rock Band Facebook page gets to 2 million fans, they said they will reveal 4 upcoming DLC artists. If they do, I'd like to see how this list will stack up. I really hope we get at least a few of these guys this year.

Amazing list but can't help but feel it's a bit over-optimistic. If we get even half of those major artists in the next year (Metallica, Van Halen, Aerosmith, Sabbath, Guns Roses and the Stones) I'll be very happy.

Out of interest, what's your explanation for us getting a 10 pack of Michael Jackson's greatest hits? Doesn't Ubisoft hold the exclusivity to his songs in video games for the foreseeable future, or is that date chosen because it would coincide with a rumoured end of their licensing agreement?

Unfortunately, That is one of my dream picks instead of my logical predictions. I don't know but I will look that information up for you.

EDIT: I searched the web for a half hour and couldn't find a single clue of when Ubisoft's licensing agreement will end. We'll just have to cross our fingers and hope that it will end soon.

It's unbelievable that we haven't seen Have You Ever Seen The Rain yet. I cannot understand. Everyone thought that it wasn't in the pack of twuelfe songs because it has keys and it would be in Rock Band 3, but it wasn't. What are you waiting for Harmonix? IIIIIII WANNA KNOW, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!!!

Considering there's probably been more music released this summer than has been released on Rock Band in nearly four years, it's really not that surprising.

Also: I rearranged Zac Brown Band, Sum 41, and John Lennon so John Lennon Pack 1 would be released the week of John Lennon's birthday.

Thank you for specifying. I will gladly give you my reasons behind my predictions. Some reasons may seem kind of stupid, but if it gets us these packs, than why not?

Metallica: I predicted Metallica for November 1, 2011, because Metallica's 30th Anniversary of their formation is on October 28.

Guns N' Roses: I predicted Guns N' Roses for November 22, because their of releasing Chinese Democracy would be the day after.

Rolling Stones: I predicted Rolling Stones for December 20, 2011 because it just happens to be 2 days before Keith Richard's birthday.

Coldplay: The Coldplay pack is one of those packs that have a reason, because they don't need a reason. They're freakin' Coldplay!

Queen: I predicted Queen on March 13, because the Classic Queen compilation album was released three days before in 1992.

    May's Predictions:

May 1 welcomes the return of Johnny Cash to Rock Band with a 10-pack simply called Johnny Cash Pack 02. This pack features such hits as Hey Porter and A Boy Named Sue. This pack also includes songs from the end of Cash's life, such as Hurt and Ain't No Grave. A RB3 Version of Ring of Fire will be released, because the horns charted as guitar seemed kind of strange.

May 8 commemerates the 31st Anniversary of the untimely death of Reggae God Bob Marley with the Remembering Bob Marley: 31 Years Too Soon pack. This pack features the entire Rastaman Vibration album along with the rest of the Exodus album.

May 15 sees the return of System of a Down with the System of a Down Pack 02. This pack features 5 amazing hits: Sugar, Spiders, War?, Question!, and Lonely Day. Along with that, a RB3 Version of When You Were Young by The Killers will also be available.

May 22 has the return of Ozzy Osbourne with the Ozzy Osbourne Pack 02. This pack features one song from each of Ozzy Osbourne's 10 studio albums, all the way from Blizzard of Ozz to Scream. Some of the songs featured are Shot in the Dark, Hero, and I Don't Want to Change the World.

May 29 is definately going to be a day to remember for Ziggy's fans with a 3-pack from David Bowie. The David Bowie Pack 03 features Starman, Life On Mars?, and Rebel Rebel. This week also has two singles: "Dancing in the Street" by David Bowie & Mick Jagger and "Blinded By the Light" by Manfred Mann's Earth Band.

Not the Ozzy songs I would've picked, but any Ozzy is still a buy for me. And a massive yes to Blinded by the Light.

But really...do we need a THIRD huge Bob Marley pack? What would his song count be then, like 40? That's more than the Foo Fighters...I mean, Bob Marley's an incredible artist, but he simply doesn't really fit Rock Band. One pack/album was enough.

But I really like most of the DLC so far.
