Color coded for lighters and ranked in terms of my final scores:

    Bang Your Head (Metal Health)
    Death On Two Legs
    Once Bitten, Twice Shy
    Spoonman
    One Week
    Pumped Up Kicks
    Shine
    Diamond Eyes
    Jessie's Girl
    Jungle Boogie

    Give It Away
    A Little Less Sixteen Candles
    Cult of Personality
    Raise Your Glass
    Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)
    Always
    Kids In The Street

    These Days
    I'm Still Standing
    Sing
    The Wicker Man
    So Far Away
    Shout
    Moves Like Jagger
    We Are Young

That makes it 97 lighters out of 125, which gives Blitz about a 78%. Not bad.

I don't use the lighter system, but if I did it would look like this.

    Always - 1
Bang Your Head (Metal Health) - 3
    Cult of Personality - 5
Death on Two Legs (Dedicated To...) - 5
    Diamond Eyes (Boom-Lay Boom-Lay Boom) - 1
    Give it Away - 5
    I'm Still Standing - 4
    Jessie's Girl - 4
    Jungle Boogie - 1
Kids in the Street - 2
A Little Less Sixteen Candles, a Little More "Touch Me" - 1
    Moves Like Jagger - 1
Once Bitten Twice Shy - 1
    One Week - 4
    Pumped Up Kicks - 1
    Raise Your Glass - 1
    Shine - 1
    Shout - 1
    Sing - 5
    So Far Away - 3
    Spoonman - 3
    Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You) - 1
    These Days - 4
    We Are Young - 4
    The Wicker Man - 4

And unless my math is wrong my average works out the same as SheSaidSheSaid's.
Oddly enough despite having the smallest setlist, Blitz turned out to have more songs I strongly despise than any other setlist outside of maybe Lego.

I don't need ratings to tell me which songs I enjoy. I rate a song after I play it usually but I never look at them after.

I enjoy using the lighters system. Just feels like everything's in its right place when I rate my songs. The ratings seldom change. The only time they might is when I come back to a song after not having played it for a really long time. Did that recently with Killing Loneliness. It was at a 5 previously, for some reason. It's at 3 now, and it'll stay there.

I do. Without the lighter system, I'll completely forget every song I love D:

Lego Rock Band had an amazing setlist that put RB1 and RB2 to shame.

Neither. I can't tell you how many songs I completely forgot existed because I had no way of marking whether or not I liked them ingame. At the height of my playing in RB2, I played only about 3 songs: Crushcrushcrush, Ghostbusters, and Less Talk More Rokk, because there was no lighter system. Did I love more than those 3 songs? Of course I did! I just couldn't remember any of them, since I had so many songs to choose from.

That's understandable I just don't need a rating system to remind which songs I like or don't like. The songs that I like and are fun to play tend to get the most plays from me while the songs I hate will have very little plays.

I'm guessing the reply will be along the lines of "how dare you presume to tell me what I do and don't love"

If I wrote down the name of every song that I remotely enjoyed right after I played it, sure that could have been a possibility. But after playing so many, there was no way to differentiate between the numerous songs, and I didn't want to risk playing a song I wasn't sure I liked. So I played one of those 3. The addition of the lighter system is the reason I have the music listening habits that I do today.

Wrong. Simply wrong. I speak from personal experience.
Besides, you can't tell me whether or not I loved something or not.

Risk? It's a risk to play a song you don't really enjoy? Would the mob cut off one of your mother's fingers everytime you play a song you don't like?

One night of RB2 online with randoms would have left my mother with nothing but stubbs.

Not at all. I made an entire thread in LRMT devoted to Cipher's meshugaas. A splendid time is had by all :p Except that one guy who shows up every few weeks to say the thread needs to be shot in the head or something.

They have different names, but as with most people, I'm horrible with names. I forget names of songs immediately after I listen to them, and when I was playing through all of my DLC/imports one after the other, the names just came and went. Nothing was absorbed. And yes, risk. I don't like my time being wasted. I only wanted to play songs that I guarantee that I enjoy, and even now I do that (unless I'm playing a song on an instrument that I haven't played it on). Thanks to the lighter system, I now can distinguish easily between the songs I love and the songs I hate and have a large variety of music to play.

Cipher's overly picky in the worst way, and it just comes across as him putting in no effort to any of this.

www's also right, if you can't remember the song, you don't like it that much.
