Looks like this was the month for forum members to get onto RBN. Anyway, 2011 is again the clear winner for me. Nothing whatsoever for me from 2010, and very little I'll be waiting for ports for from this year (Children of Nova and maybe Dir En Grey), but 2011 had "Bullet," "Still Alive" (which I'm still kinda stunned got ported) and the woefully underrated "The Grinder's Tale" (this song is AWESOME ON EVERYTHING, it's 7 minutes long, and it's a dollar). Easy choi---well, it's not really a choice at all, actually.

Wow 2010 has a s*** ton of my favorite songs. Flag in the Ground, Saw Down (He Knows), So Fine, Alive and Kicking, Catalyst, Escaping, Firewall, Fallen, Hallway, Jam, The History of Execution, Gone Tomorrow, OaOaO, Princess (Reprise), Stay Awake, Stop, The Brave/Agony Applause, The Serpentine Offering, Vault 101, Epic Symphony, and Heart of Lilith. I don't think I liked a single song from 2011 or 2012 as much as any of these. Maybe Lethean Tears.

2010 wins by far because of:
    Evanescence - "Going Under"

The only other song I bought from that year was (I bought the RB3 version though):
    Rainbowdragoneyes - "Creatures ov Deception"

Winner is 2011 because of "Starlight Speedway".

This is also the first time that I've bought more RBN songs (54) than DLC songs (49) in a single year.

2011, no contest. "Hysteria" is one of my five favorite RBN songs of all time, and "The Grinder's Tale" is pretty high up there, too. "Preacher Man" is not one of Free Spirit's better songs, but ANY Free Spirit song can easily be a difference-maker in this context.

"Lethean Tears" (from 12/15/11) is available on PS3, by the way.

2011, simply because it has more songs I've bought that year than any of the others.

And it's totally not because that's when Death In General was released. In fact, that's a negative factor.

It's just a running joke I have going where I hate my music solely because some people have said negative things about it.

2012 for me just because of Michael J. Epstein Memorial Library. 2010 and 2011 had great ones to but Amylee is currently my favorite RBN song
