  • As this thread is about legacy DLC, I figured it may be helpful to remind people that 10th anniversary of Rock Band does have a negative side. The relicensing cycle begins again so while looking at late RB3 era regarding potential delists is important, it is also important to have another look at early RB1 era.

Tl:dr; Buy something if you're slightly interested in it, because it could be next to go.

Inb4 the rest of the European bonus songs from RB1 save for Hysteria XD

Nah, Rock 'n' Roll Star would stay (see Champagne Supernova). Hysteria could go though :p
  • Touche, you'd think if it cost a pretty penny to save more than one song they'd grab "the band that will not be named here" and Oasis. Shame, Countdown to Insanity has really grown on me in the last few years.

@WoodenGlory I was saying Rock 'n' Roll Star instead of Hysteria.

Anyway, from the initial run of relicensing stuff there's been a fair amount of obscure EU bands already lost from the EU dedicated weeks (Christmas week 2010 and RB1 EU Bonus songs week in 2008).
  • Tomato, tomatoe

Now when the obscure American bands go, that'll be interesting to see

Well, I do hope we get some warning before they delist songs! I mean, that's what they've always done, right? That was why I immediately bought (instead of waiting for some time) Fleetwood Mac (barely knew them back then), RHCP and REO/Styx back when they were about to be delisted.

Yes, I would hope it would ge put in this thread

But there are no guarantees I suppose.

Definitely watch the re-licensing thread. During the hiatus that's
how I was able to get "Don't Stop Believing" before it got pulled.
