Amongst all the Rock Band 4 speculation I thought I'd make a topic not directly related to the next game and just on the franchise in general and our connection to it..

So, what bands featured in Rock Band have you seen live in concert?

For me, personally (updated as of July 24th):
.38 Special
311
Arctic Monkeys
Bastille
Beck
The Black Keys
Blink-182
Cake
Cheap Trick
Dead Sara
Death Cab for Cutie
Evanescence
Fall Out Boy
The Flaming Lips
Fitz & the Tantrums
Garbage
Good Charlotte
Hozier
Joan Jett
Kansas
Lit
Modest Mouse
Mute Math
Neon Trees
The Offspring
Reliant K
Rush
Silversun Pickups
Switchfoot
Toadies
Twenty One Pilots

barring any RBN songs I'm unaware of, I think that's all of them, with hopefully more to come.

What about you guys?

Not much of a concert goer - I've only been to about 10 concerts in my life.
The ones in Rock Band are Meat Loaf with Cheap Trick, Billy Joel, Rush, Judas Priest, Ratt, Styx, John Fogerty, (which really counts as seeing CCR) - so 7 of them

I've also been to a Dream Theater concert back in college and I've met one of the guys from Bang Camaro.

    I've seen in concert

    Rolling Stones
    Billy Squire
    Dire Straits

I really can't remember anymore past that at this hour. I have a photo album full of ticket stubs that if it didn't get lost in the fire is still packed up in one of the recovery boxes.

I have given up name dropping, but I've met and or know more RB alums than I've seen in concert.

lol, Not many, but I would probably never have gone to any concerts at all, had it not been for "Rock Band". I would go to see more artists, if they would come to my hometown. :)
  • I can now add Avenged Sevenfold and Breaking Benjamin to that list along with Bob Seger because I will be seeing them this summer.
