Yea, that list should totally be taken with a grain of salt. Until it is mentioned by Activision or confirmed, I call BS!
Like I said man, apparently. I believe it about as much as you do, but its there so I figured I'd tell it.

None of the GH games have multiple songs by the same band in the Main Setlist.

    Unconfirmed this list shall stay.

This thread is purely specultation, so I speculate that maybe only one of those multiple songs from the same bands would make it to the final game, the others maybe DLC. But where talking about GH4 here! that could be at least two years away from now, so who knows.

well the whole premise of the leak was that they were confirming they were in the game (so one song confirmed), and that the game would be out by year's end. i guess they're sticking to the guitar format and not sneaking in drums.

    0/1 so far.
Too many repeats for that list to be real and not exactly a good source.

They could have the best setlist I've ever heard of and I still won't buy it... Activision proves to me how much of a crap company they are every day they continue to block the PS3 compatibility patch.

Those 30 unconfirmed songs sound like a wishlist at best. If that was the actual songlist for GH IV I would have my copy pre-ordered already.

Master of Puppets? That's a buy for me. Although this just seems like a wishlist. Too many Aerosmith songs too, ugh. But I'll probably buy the next GH anyway.

besides i dont think anything guitar hero can do can match the fun i have with a room full of people rockin out in a four piece band, and i dont touch the guitar much since the drums came along.

Stairway to Heaven + Voodoo Child + Back in Black= Best Game EVER. Now if only those were in rock band cus sadly me no can play GH3 any more cus its different window timing =[. I will only buy GH4 if its like GH2. Which hopefully its the exact same cus GH3's setup sucks balls.

There's a reason they have so many DLC's you know. I'm not sure if they're planning a RB2.

Also, I found a strikingly similar wish list on a non-Activision affiliated GH fan website...

    Rumor debunked?

For what it is worth, Aerosmith is supposedly going to be a big part of GH4.

It would make sense that there would be at least a couple of Aerosmith songs.

I'm not saying this makes the "unconfirmed list" have any validity to it or not, but it is some food for thought anyway.

I think it got debunked when we saw Stairway to Heaven.

    Why?

Because, the GH Series, unlike the Rock Band series, has already said "NO STAIRWAY"

Forgive the fanboy comment, but regardless of this is BS or not [which it obviously is], I can safely say I won't touch a future GH so long as my Rock Band remains intacts and the DLC keeps'a'comin'.
