I hate rap but if there had to be a rap song in the game it would be that, so i put it in and with all the people who love rap these days it would appeal to them. Thank you for commenting btw

I just looked at your list, and we only shared 4 songs, kinda suprised me b/c I was expecting it to be like 20 songs or something like that b/c thats what I've seen with other peoples lists compared to yours.

I looked closer this time than I have before and saw you had Generation X in there, so I'm not the only person who knows of these guys and wants them in the game, thats good to know

As much as a setlist like that would blow my mind, I have a couple qualms:

    1. The 90s are huge right now, so I think we'd end up seeing more 90s songs, and less 2000s songs.

    2. I'd like to see an original song by Cake, like "The Distance", as opposed to their cover of "I Will Survive".

    3. Some older A7X would be much appreciated, like "Second Heartbeat" or "Chapter Four"

    4. Where's Genesis?!

    5. Whatever Green Day song is on it, I believe it should be from any album but Warning (or Shenanigans, for the matter). It wasn't a bad album, it just isn't what Green Day fans would want.

    6. "No Sleep till Brooklyn" is already on GH:WT. That doesn't mean that RB can't have it, but including it in a game that's likely being released a year after GH:WT might be seen as plucking it from their list. It might be better to replace that one with "(You Gotta) Fight for Your Right (to Party!)" and release the former on the DLC.

Other than that, great list. I like the inclusion of less political, more humourous punk songs, like NOFX.

I might buy that (a whole $59.99+tax) just for "Plug In Baby" :D

    1. Yea, I wasn't planning on making the 2000s list so big, I just kept on finding good songs and didn't really notice it got s big, I was planning on having the 70s the biggest but I messed up.

    2. I've never really listened to Cake so I didn't really know what to pick, I'll change it though.

    3. I picked Bat Country just b/c of its popularity, and I will admit that I havn't heard any of their songs outside of the 3 in rock band, beast and the harlot and bat country

    4. I've heard of them just never listened to them, didn't really come to me when I was makin the list

    5. I'll change it to a non-Warning/American Idiot album b/c I hate that cd.

    6. I completely forgot that GH:WT had this song, you made a good point so I'll switch it.

And I would pay the full $60.00 just for London Calling

I was actually thinking of putting the QOTSA's song from GH1 in my list but I couldn't think of the name of the song and just forgot about it. Can't say I had even heard of DT before Rock Band and I don't really care for them so I don't know any of there songs besides PA and CM. You said the reason i didn't put NIN in, and to be truthful, I forgot about the Foo Fighters. Its hard to cover all the bands when so many come to mind when you make the list. Anyways, thank you for your input

I love it especially earlier stuff and also didnt do a bunch of emo annoying stuff for the millennium era. i love the Rammstein you added in their. Singing in a different language would be awesome. Also love the 60's/70's/80's stuff too

Yea Rammstein used to be my 2nd favorite band so I have all their music, I don't listen to them all the time now but I still love their music and it would be good for Rock Band (and a hell of a challenge to singers). And I hate emo so i only limited to like one or two songs, i think thats including that one screamo song i put in there, which i also dislike but I know people like it so i gotta put it in there.

The 2000's set list is a bit lacking, though "Plug In Baby" makes up for the shortcomings there.

I almost pressed "Perfect" as soon as I saw "Born to Run", but I can only go "Good", in good conscience. But still, "Born to Run" NEEDS to be in RB3. Or be DLC. Either way works.
