Lol yeah I used to be really into anime. Now I can't really watch it. I still love Cowboy Bebop, but that's about it. I was watching Ninja Scroll the other day and I found it kinda (unintentionally) funny and boring in some parts. I used to love that movie
I guess you are not watching the right anime then. lol

All bands, no matter how great, definitely have their stinkers. For Being in the Benefit of Mr. Kite is one.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Mr. Kite is awesome! Listen to it a few more times...or get Sgt. Pepper and listen to it with the album as a whole. You'll learn to appreciate it, at least. The only Beatles song I really hate, but still understand and respect, is Revolution 9

Gowienczyk is right on this account. There isn't a perfect band, just a few that get really, really close.

The Beatles didn't get really, really close.

If you put it that way, then the Beatles--along with Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd--got really, really close...

I would never call Pink Floyd close to perfect same for The Beatles and Led Zeppelin

Zappa though is I would put him up there (and that is not the fanboyism talking)

Well? They're awesome, but they aren't almost perfect like these people are saying Zappa is. And it's mostly that song. I guess HMX is saving it for RB3

Unfortunately they're a lot more fans than you think doing that.(As in putting Rush on that table of perfection). I love Rush to death, but I know they're not perfect.

Yeah...I know that all three of the musicians are amazing--Alex Lifeson being the weakest, but still awesome guitar player--but they aren't perfect. I'd say maybe their personalities, kindness, and senses of humour are perfect tho :D

Btw, the first part of your sig is awesome! Don't know what I think of the other half...

I also say Beck sucks. The Beck that doesn't suck is the anime...especially the band that does the music for that anime, Beat Crusaders or BECR.

I have to agree with Gowie here. Beck the person is much better than that really stupid anime of the same name.

EDIT: And yes, I have watched it. It was pretty bad.

Lifeson will always be a good guitarist to me same for Lee on Bass, but still can never call them close to being as good as Emerson, Lake, And Palmer

    Lake's voice >> Lee's Voice
    Emerson's Keyboard skills >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Lee's Keyboard skills
    Lake's Guitar skills >>>>> Lifeson's Guitar skills
    Palmer's Drum skills >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Peart's drum skills

You got everything right except for the guitars and drums. Lake is a better bassist than guitarist, but Lee and Lifeson are still better at their respective instruments. And you shouldn't have that many symbols for drums (that amount would go well with the voices). They're both excellent drummers, but Peart is technically better and has influenced more drummers

Lake is a great guitarist live (he does not play bass live because Emerson is on Keyboards most of the time) and Palmer I am not just talking about with Emerson, Lake, And Palmer his Atomic Rooster stuff is amazing, but to each their own opinion

Oh yeah, I've heard a few songs from the Rooster. Awesome stuff. Even with Arthur Brown he was good. I just think Peart is better. Anyways, I've seen Lake play bass live in the videos for Pictures at an Exhibition. He switches to acoustic guitar for some songs. It's more logical to play bass instead of guitar when there are keyboards because the keyboards provide the melody like a guitar does. And Emerson is ALWAYS on keyboards...or pipe organ for the beginning of Pictures at an Exhibition.

Like I said Lake is a good guitar player/bassist a bit better than Lee and Lifeson, but mostly because of his skills live and instrumentals Peart is a good drummer technically, but I would say Palmer or Copeland are better

Also, if you want to hear Palmer's drum skill listen to tank
