well, with the Disney/Fox deal at least we have the chance to finally get a good X Men movie (not counting Logan), a good Fantastic Four movie (please) and a fully integrated MCU where everybody can play. Bring on SECRET WARS, with a PROPER introduction to Spidey's black suit (and Venom) and then gimme Wolverine as an Avenger.... please.
so many possibilities, my nerd brain is struggling more than usual.0
unless it's genre blending - like taking a bunch of Pop or R & B tracks and turning them in to heavy metal versions, for example.
in which case, I am a fan.1
back on the subject of music, and stuff like blissful ignorance ....
my oldest son (almost 6) is obsessed with two songs currently - three if you count "Peanut Butter Jelly Time" - and they are both movie related.
1.) "You're Welcome" from Disney's Moana. Short and sweet, and The Rock can carry a tune ... pretty much. The good news about that, is that it's a very short tune.
2.) "Friends" from the Angry Birds Movie, sung by Blake Shelton. It's terribly repetitive with little lyrical substance ... but is is dang catchy. It is cute to hear my boy sing the chorus, though..
anyhow ... Politics are depressing, and I don't see America becoming "great" again, as promised. I mean, jobs are being added to the economy and unemployment is down - but correlation is not causation.
