• Re: DLC Discussion Thread: Off the Charts Pack 06!

Also, don't forget: the main purpose of the Spotlight Songs is to provide you one song a week that gets the Spotlight, for Rivals purposes. So it saves the people who strictly aim for the Spotlight like $2.50.

Even if Josh was the numbers guy, I'm pretty sure someone did the math and made sure that anyone investing in a Spotlight pass would at least break even if they bought all the other songs during the season. Sure, you only save two cents, but at least you can buy the Pass knowing you're not going to get screwed over if you're a collector.

Ecstatic to get my Tap Ten back!

(Funky) Sex Farm is (still) grossly undertiered on drums.

    That is all.

it's almost hard enough to make a drummer spontaneously combust.
Or get in a bizarre gardening accident.

Don't ask how a song can get you in a bizarre gardening accident. It's a mystery better left unsolved.
  • Re: DLC Discussion Thread: Off the Charts Pack 06!

I'm guessing there's going to be some more party tracks like Celebration, so maybe "Get Down On It", and "Sexy and I know it".
So what's the Avicii tune, if you think they're gonna do a complete repeat of last year's artists for New Year's?
Except that she's notorious for using autotuning in literally all of her songs? That's what makes her music sound dated and weird. Autotune went out of fashion around 2010.
Maybe, but in that video she's not. "She uses Autotune" and "She can't sing" are NOT mutually exclusive.
  • Re: December 2017 DLC Prediction Thread: "Season's" Greetings

I honestly wouldn't mind Rihanna. I just don't know which songs would work well in the game.

Also: I'd never leave a hint on Reddit without telling you guys. Or would I?
